Independent Property Surveyor and Damp Surveyor in South Yorkshire

My name is George Rees CSRT, I am an independent property surveyor and damp surveyor in South Yorkshire. I also undertake damp and timber surveys, along with other independent specialist property surveys for clients who require a totally unbiased, impartial inspection of a property.

A fee is charged for my surveys as I do not carry out any required works and I am not linked with any remedial treatment companies.

Quite often little or no remedial works are required, guidance/recommendations are given in our written reports. 

If remedial works are required an approximate quotation for the works is provided within the report.

I am accredited to the Property Care Association (PCA) under Independent Surveyors and I am fully qualified and insured.
